Biplane Alias Description
The Alias Biplane is an item that takes its cues from flying machines of the past. Its construct is reminiscent of the aeroplanes used in the first world war, in which biplanes were the primary weapons that were up in the sky at the time. Its legs serve as the link between the lower platform and the actual tabletop, which resembles the configuration of the biplane's wings. This feature gives the Alias Biplane Table its distinct image and brings this historical aspect to modern times.
Biplane Table Alias Features
The Biplane of Alias is a technologically sound furniture piece with excellent materials used for its construct. Its legs are done in die-cast aluminium while its tabletop comes in oak-veneered plywood with a solid edge, acrylic stone, plywood with laminate, or lacquered MDF. Its lower shelf component can be done in oak veneered plywood, acrylic stone, plywood, or lacquered MDF matching the top finish. The Biplane High version uses stone enamelled aluminium for its tabletop. With these options, there will be a Biplane Table that will accommodate your needs.
Biplane Table Materials
Finishing options complete the look of the Alias Biplane's components, giving this table its needed touch of colour. The tabletop comes in four stove-enamelled colours and three other materials such as oak, acrylic stone, and marble. The lower platform shares the same finish as the tabletop. Its legs come in either polished aluminium or five stove-enamelled aluminium finishes. The Biplane High has four stove-enamelled aluminium finishes for the tabletop, lower platform, and legs. These finishing options will give you your ideal version of the Alias Biplane Table that will integrate into your interiors effortlessly.
Biplane Table Alias Compositions
The Alias Biplane Table, designed by Alberto Meda, comes in several sizes and configurations that can inhabit any space in need of a furniture piece of its kind. The smallest version of the Biplane measures ⌀62x46 cm and is a side table. The largest variant of the Biplane measures 130x330x72 cm and has six legs and an oval tabletop. There is a table with a square top measuring 90x90x72 cm and is suitable for outdoor use as well as rectangular tables that are 105 cm high. Regardless of dimensions, there will be a Biplane that will fulfil your requirements.
