The Mexique Table was designed to be compact. The rounded shape of its wooden tabletop, with its corners curved to reflect the human hand, was designed to be minimal, therefore occupying as little space as possible. This feature then facilitates the motion between the armchair, bed, and desk, allowing for unrestrained movement within the students' rooms. Its shape also permits more tables to be combined to form squares or rectangles, extending the area of use. The legs for this table are composed of triangular sectioned folded sheet metal, giving The Cassina Mexique Table a more rigid stance.

The Mexique of Cassina utilizes solid oak or American walnut for its beautifully made tabletop. You can opt for an oak, American walnut, mahogany, and black-stained oak for a natural finish.
