Flamingo Zanotta Description
Zanotta's Flamingo Sofa does away with the oversized imagery that other sofa systems embrace: it instead emphasizes restraint. This restraint, in turn, gives us a seating implement that possesses a more streamlined form compared to other products of its kind. Details take front and centre with the Zanotta Flamingo: the linear aspect of the sofa is pleasantly disrupted by the "sweeping arc" seam seen at the front of the armrests. Even subtle details, like the insetting of the legs, provide a touch of sophistication. Overall, the Flamingo Sofa achieves its goal of design excellence without added pretensions.
Flamingo Sofa Zanotta Features
Designer Damian Williamson proves to us that sometimes less is truly more with the Zanotta Flamingo. His minimalist approach has given us a sofa system that provides comfort comparable to that of sofas with more generous proportions. He achieves this through his intelligent use of materials. The framework of this product consists of a steel frame with elastic strips suspension. This component is then covered by upholstery in polyurethane/heat-bound polyester fibre. The seat cushions are upholstered with graduated polyurethane/heat-bound polyester fibre, while the back and lumbar cushions come upholstered with goose feathers. Aluminium alloy comprises its legs.
Flamingo Sofa Materials
Several finishing options in fabric and leather sets the tone of the Zanotta Flamingo's disposition. These finishing options aid the sofa system by giving it the character that allows it to complement any design scheme. Fabric options provide a visual and tactile element to the Flamingo; the colours within these selections supply a casual vibe to the sofa. Leather choices, however, give the sofa a more dignified stance. Its inset legs come in four finishes: polished aluminium, black nickel-satin aluminium, black-painted aluminium, and natural nickel-satin aluminium.

Zanotta's Flamingo Sofa easily accommodates any space that requires a sophisticated seating implement. The base model of the Flamingo comes in six measurements: 89x261x68 cm, 89x257x68 cm, 89x232x68 cm, 89x228x68 cm, 89x178x68 cm, and 89x174x68 cm. The modular version of this sofa system has dimensions dependent on the number of modules used to complete a configuration. With this in mind, the information on this setup will be provided upon request. An armchair measuring 89x106x68 cm is also available.
