Lc7 Cassina Description
The LC7 Armchair is a chair with an inviting appearance. The profile of the arm and backrest resemble outstretched arms going for an embrace. This simple touch is enough to make the Cassina LC7 an excellent item to have at home. The chair is an apt seating element for office spaces also due to its somewhat clerical appearance. Designed by Charlotte Perriand in 1927, this product was made initially for her apartment in the Place Saint-Sulpice in Paris, France. Exhibited a year after, at the 1928 Salon des Artistes Decorateurs, it was also shown at the Salon d'Automne another year later.
Lc7 Armchair Cassina Features
Cassina's LC7 Armchair embodies a multifaceted approach to accomplishing a purpose. On one hand, the chair is a perfect accompaniment to your dining table, on the other, it can be a perfect seating element for commercial locations or within offices. The steel rod frame connects to the swivelling base with four or five-leg versions, and the tubular steel arm and backrest support. Cushioning is provided by polyurethane foam in differentiated densities for the seat and backrest. Black nylon cord fixes the cover to the cushioning; a durable plastic material comprises the feet of the Cassina LC7.
Lc7 Armchair Materials
The Cassina LC7 Armchair lends itself perfectly to any interior setting regardless of the location's nature. This item can adapt to any environment with a simple upholstery choice. Leather selections can give the LC7 a more formal look that will fit the workplace better, but this selection can also be applicable for the dining room. Fabric options, however, can add a more cheerful character to this item. The frame has its three finishing options in black, chrome, and taupe. These added details will ensure that this lovely item will stand out in any location.
Lc7 Armchair Cassina Compositions
The Cassina LC7 is available in only one size: 60x58x73 cm. This size is optimal for its intended purpose, whether for a home setting or a workplace environment. An outdoor version of this product is available with a different set of finishes. This variant is more suited for commercial locations such as cafes and restaurants with outdoor areas and such. Seating implements like the LC7 Armchair of Cassina is a precision-made industrial item that can easily occupy any space or environment that require functional and aesthetically pleasing furniture pieces that can withstand time and trends.
